year. Only the Results Review (R2a) portion of the R4 is available from this site.

USAID's Bureau for Program and Policy Coordination/Center for Development Information and Evaluation (PPC/CDIE) created this revised R4 web site as a way to more effectively share R4 documentation and performance data with USAID partners and staff. Dynamically generated from the Development Experience System (DEXS), USAID's institutional memory, the R4 site includes the latest R4 documentation and performance data, as received by CDIE. Information on the site is drawn directly from the FY 2001 R4s and the performance data tables. Questions about the sources for this information and the methodology CDIE developed for handling performance data should be forwarded to the Webmaster.

Download the Results Review (R2a) portion of R4 documents. Select a country/program summary page from the menu at the top of the R4 home page to access PDF versions of the R2a and non-budget related annexes.
Browse and search operating unit (OU) level strategic objectives, intermediate results, and indicators. Use the R4 Database search page to search across all Operating Unit objectives, intermediate results, and indicators for FY 2001.
Easily view indicator data for a single program, or an entire bureau The country summary pages include a listing of operating unit SOs, IRs and indicators. The site incorporates both the SOs and IRs the OU reported on in the R4 and any additional SOs and IRs that were listed in the framework annex to the R4.
Access documentation and indicator data for previous years Previous year documentation and data is available. To download previous year R4 documentation, go to the cumulative R4 page and select a bureau from the menu at the left and click "go". The site will generate a page listing all R4 and strategic plan documents for the bureau available in the DEXS, dating back to FY 1998.Previous year performance data is also available. From the R4 Database search page simply select a different year from the menu at the top of the page. Data from FY 1999 and 2000 are available.
Access FY 2001 Agency R4 guidance and R4 review schedules Use the R4 Guidance page to access Agency guidance cables and annexes, Bureau-specific guidance, review schedules and other related documentation.
