USAID's Bureau for Management, Office of Administrative Services, Information and Records Division (M/AS/IRD), is distributing the USAID Automated Directives System (ADS)(formerly DRCD). The ADS is a compact disc (CD) replacing the USAID Handbooks. The ADS CD also contains related resources such as the FAM, FAR, CIB, CFR, USC, Executive Orders, and Standardized Regulations.

Minimum hardware requirements include a 386, IBM-compatible PC with 4 megabytes RAM, Microsoft Windows and a double speed CD reader.

Ordering Guidelines

1. Complete the order form provided below. We must have your complete name, mailing address and phone number to process orders.
2. Print the completed form using your browser's print function.
3. Each CD is $75 domestic and $90 international (a year's subscription, four issues, is $300 domestic or $360 international; additional copies of each issue are also $75 or $90 each). Prices include shipping.
4. Orders must be received with payment. Enclose a check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.
5. Domestic orders will be shipped first class; international orders via air mail.
